Meet and confirm your order with our driver, pay by cash or card via our mobile EFTPOS terminal and you’re done. Too easy!

We pack and send

Whatever their size and shape, your bottles will be bubble-wrapped where necessary, carefully packaged into cardboard cartons and sent to an address of your choice with Australia Post.

For your peace of mind, insurance is available at your discretion for an additional charge.

Bottles Direct can meet with you to collect your
shopping anywhere within these zones from
9am–5pm, seven days a week.

Our collection zones and additional collection charges are as follows:

  • Zone 1: Cowaramup to Witchcliffe: Free
  • Zone 2: Wilyabrup to Karridale: $5
  • Zone 3: Dunsborough to Augusta: $10

Our local drivers will endeavour to be with you within 1 hour of receiving your call.

No time to wait around for your collection?

No problem. Pay by phone when arranging a pick-up and we’ll collect your bottles from your accommodation, allowing you to meet your plane or carry on enjoying what the great Margaret River region has to offer.

Standard delivery rates are $28 within WA and
$48 for the rest of Australia (not including additional
pick-up charges or insurance).

Sending bottles home for customers is all we do, so we’re very good at it. With extensive experience, we know exactly how to ensure your goods arrive home exactly as they left. We generally use two types of packaging which are explained to the right.

Cardboard cartons

Our brown corrugated cardboard ‘lay-flat’ cartons can accomodate up to 12 standard 750ml wine bottles. Stiff cardboard partitions ensure that your bottles keep to themselves at all times.

But remember, it’s not just wine that we ship; if it comes in a bottle we can pack and send it home to you.

Polystyrene adaptable cartons

Our adaptable polystyrene cartons are used for exports and express deliveries within Australia for added safety. These can accommodate odd numbers from between 3–12 bottles per-consignment.

We even have a one-bottle polystyrene carton; ideal for sending a gift to someone special.
